About The Client

XThrill is an adventure destination located in the planned hill city of Lavasa near Pune in India. With facilities of luxury camping (Swiss Tents), adventure sports, team building activities and a picturesque location at the backwaters of Varasgaon Dam, Xthrill is an ideal destination for Corporate Outbounds, Company Picnics and Family Outings. Officially owned by Lavasa Corporation, Xthrill boasts of hosting the top corporate houses near Pune and Mumbai for their training and leisure trips. It has activities like Zip Line, ATV Bike, Ropes Course, Waterfall Rappelling, Archery, Rifle Shooting, Burma Bridge, Trekking, Rock Climbing, Bouldering, Obstacle Course, Hiking, Nature Walks, Night Treks, Raft Building and many more group games. Infrastructure like AC Conference Halls, Outdoor Lawn, Camping Zone, Training Rooms with projector and screen, huge dining area, stay for drivers, etc. are available at Xthrill.

Concept

Xthrill wanted graphic and brochure designs to be made for their social media marketing and boosting the same through their CRMs, WhatsApp messaging and Email campaigns. The media had to be based on Nature theme. The requirement was also to provide the social media designs in a format without text so that the Xtrhill team can use it repeatedly with different text overlays as per occasion and purpose. Our team suggested designing with natural colors and elements of trees to give a jungle feel to the media, which appropriately reflects the location and surrounding of Xthrill.

Challenges and Solution

When it comes to graphic design, you are limited to a single frame as against a video where you can cover various topics through different sections. Presenting a lot of information on a single A4 size page is difficult when various design elements and images have to be used. Adjusting text over images, colors, gradients and shapes is challenging as the readability of the text has to be maintained.

Inspired from the location and nature, our team designed an elegant military green and wooden elements theme for the brochures and social media posts of Xthrill.
